Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Organic Turbinado Sugar
- 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Cocount Oil
- 3 large Utopihen Organic Eggs
- 1/4 cup Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Organic Sea Salt
- 3/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Line 8×8 pan with parchment paper, making sure to go up the sides of the pan as well.
- In a medium suacepan, add the coconut oil, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and sugar. Stir until oil and chocolate chips are melted. The batter will still be slightly grainy from the sugar.
- Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Whisk well after each addition.
- Next, whisk in the cocoa and salt.
- Mix in the flour and mix until combined. The batter may seem slightly grainy from the sugar, this is normal.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool.
