These chewy brownies are chock full of deliciousness and health – because yes, that is possible. And we perfected it.

  • 1 1/2 cup Organic Turbinado Sugar
  • 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Cocount Oil
  • 3 large Utopihen Organic Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Sea Salt
  • 3/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Line 8×8 pan with parchment paper, making sure to go up the sides of the pan as well.
  • In a medium suacepan, add the coconut oil, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and sugar. Stir until oil and chocolate chips are melted. The batter will still be slightly grainy from the sugar.
  • Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Whisk well after each addition.
  • Next, whisk in the cocoa and salt.
  • Mix in the flour and mix until combined. The batter may seem slightly grainy from the sugar, this is normal.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Let cool.
