The Best Soft Organic Brownies

- 1 1/2 cup Organic Turbinado Sugar
- 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 6 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Cocount Oil
- 3 large Utopihen Organic Eggs
- 1/4 cup Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Organic Sea Salt
- 3/4 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, making sure to go up the sides of the pan as well.
In a medium suacepan, add the coconut oil, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and sugar. Stir until oil and chocolate chips are melted. The batter will still be slightly grainy from the sugar.
Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Whisk well after each addition.
Next, whisk in the cocoa and salt.
Mix in the flour and mix until combined. The batter may seem slightly grainy from the sugar, this is normal.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Let cool.
