Our blue egg hens are a unique breed known as the Azure Blue. The Azur Blue is a smaller breed compared to most egg-laying hens, and their egg sizes range from medium to large.
Our Azure Blues are loving their mobile coops where they get out on grass every day, and are rotated to fresh pasture at regular intervals so they always have access to fresh forages.
