1. Sponsor
This Contest is sponsored by Utopihen Farms and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all responsibility related to this Contest.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on August 29, 2026 and ends on September 12, 2026. (EST)
Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all the following steps during the Contest Period:
- Follow @utopihenfarms on Instagram.
- DM @utopihenfarms an original photo of a dish with a visible egg.
- Share the Contest post to their Instagram Story and tag @utopihenfarms.
- If the participant has a private account, they must send @utopihenfarms a screenshot of their Story showing the shared Contest post.
Participants may submit only one (1) entry.
Multiple entries or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
5. Entry Requirements
All entries must meet the following and previous criteria:
- Must be original content from the participant.
- Must show a dish with a visible egg.
- Must not include AI-generated, altered, or fake content.
- Must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- Must not contain offensive, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material.
- Must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or appears fraudulent.
6. Judging Criteria
All eligible entries will be judged by the Sponsor’s judging panel based on the following weighted criteria:
35% – Visual Appeal, Presentation, and Plating
25% – Creativity
25% – How Well the Egg Is Showcased/Represented
15% – Photo Quality
The entry with the highest overall score will be selected as the winner.
Judging decisions are final and binding.
7. Prize
The winner will receive:
- Three (3) dozen Utopihen Farms eggs, with the egg type of the winner’s choosing.
- One (1) $500 Lancaster Cast Iron gift card.
The winner must provide a valid email address for prize fulfillment.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @utopihenfarms.
The winner must respond within three (3) business days of the message being sent and provide a valid email address.
If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to provide valid information, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, a new winner will be selected based on the judging criteria.
9. Rights Granted by Participants
By entering the Contest, participants grant Utopihen Farms a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to:
- Repost their entry.
- Use their entry for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.
- Display the content on social media, websites, and other digital or print materials.
This license applies regardless of whether the participant is selected as a winner.
10. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Utopihen Farms, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
Entrants also acknowledge that Instagram is fully released from all liability related to this Contest.
11. Privacy Statement
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for administering the Contest, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling prizes.
Information will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside the Contest unless legally required.
Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting the Sponsor.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Pennsylvania.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
13. Instagram Compliance
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
- This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
- Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines apply.
- Participants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage others to do so.
- Instagram is released from all liability related to this Contest.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
